Born to parents of Mexican and Norwegian decent, Mrs. Quiroz is a native of Dallas, Texas. She founded Arnesen Law in 2016. She is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was the President of the Immigration Legal Society and the Hispanic Law Student Association. She was also a recipient of the the Dean’s Summer Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Fellowship. Mrs. Quiroz earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and holds a Master in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

While studying law, Mrs. Quiroz had the opportunity to serve as a legal intern for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a young lawyer, she began her legal career as an immigration attorney for Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City where she completed over 400 pro bono hours. Through her experience, she has been exposed to both sides of the immigration legal system which gives her a valuable and unique perspective when representing her clients.

Mrs. Quiroz is a member of the Oklahoma Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Now settled in Oklahoma City, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new restaurants.
